My Fundamental Web Business Thesis
Ultimately most people working on the web are going to get squeezed as marketing inefficiencies get taken care of.
Why not create many doorways to your personality so people with similar interests can find you? Why not work for clients that you can be passionate about? Imagine if every new client was your favorite person to work with.

Because it is just going to get more and more competitive. Those without personal brand will get squeezed by outsourcing and other similar factors.
Thanks for the quick response Aaron! So, if I understand what you're saying, it'll be something like, say, the clothing market. There'll be a Walmart that you can't compete with on price, so the only way to succeed is to have some sort of a designer label (OK, that's not a perfect analogy). Is that correct?
to some extent yes
but don't just think a wal mart... think of thousands of them
